BRENARSKY'S RED BEER (ND Martini)

Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning
  • 1 Cold Beer
  • 8 oz Clamato or Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning

Pour clamato or tomato into glass and Brenarsky's seasoning, mix slightly and then fill to the rim with beer. Enjoy!


BRENARSKY’S CAESAR

Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning
  • 8 oz Clamato or Tomato Juice
  • 1-2 oz Quality Vodka
  • Ice
  • Garnishes of your choice

Combine Brenarsky's seasoning with clamato juice, vodka and ice in a shaker and shake. Pour the mixture into the glass and garnish with celery sticks, pickles, green olives, pepperoni, asparagus or all of the above!! For some additional tart, Squeeze a lime wedge on top of the drink.


BRENARSKY’S BLOODY MARY

SMOKEY SAUSAGE CHILI

Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 lb Smoked Sausage Sliced
  • 16 oz Kidney Beans - Can
  • 1 c Picante Sauce
  • 1 c V8 Juice
  • 8 oz Tomato Sauce - can
  • 1 TBS Brenarskys Seasoning

Brown ground beef with onion in large pan. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat, cook and stir one minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Ladle into bowls, top as desired with shredded cheese sour cream, diced avocado, or additional Brenarsky's. Submitted by Gina Karsky


BRENARSKY'S DIPPING SAUCE

  • 3/4 c Ranch Dressing
  • 1 c Sour Cream
  • 2-3 tsp Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning

Combine all ingredients, blend together and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Excellent dipping sauce for potato chips, pretzels and onion rings. Oh so good!! Enjoy!


Prime Rib BRENARSKY'S Style

Brenarsky's Bloody Mary & Caesar Seasoning
  • 14-16 lb Ribeye Roll
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Bottle of Brenarsky's Seasoning

Melt Butter and pour over top of Ribeye Roll. Pour and Rub in Brenarskys Seasoning. Pre-heat oven to 450, place in oven for 30 mins, turn oven back to 250 for 2 hours or so. Enjoy!


Pineapple Meatballs in Paradise; by Brenarskys

  • MEATBALLS
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp Brenarskys Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 T Cornstarch
  • 1-3/4 cups Pineapple Juice (from pineapple tidbits)
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp Brenarskys Sauce
  • 1 14oz Can Pineapple Tidbits

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make the meatballs by combining all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into 1” balls 2. Brown meatballs in a non-stick frying pan and drain on paper towels or save time by browning in the oven on a cookie sheet. 3. Make sauce by combining cornstarch and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Add pineapple juice and mix until smooth. Add vinegar, Brenarsky’s sauce, soy sauce and stir. Simmer uncovered on medium/low until thickened (about 8 minutes) 4. In a baking dish pour sauce over meatballs and add pineapple tidbits. Lightly mix meatballs until they are coated with the sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
